It isnt an exciting build-around, and you have a better option for card advantage in the command zone
On top of that, it has a very cheap but strong Water Slash attack and a very useful Water Shuriken ability
The token for two mana isn't too shabby, but the fact you can flash this back for another one in the late game is what makes this a good Common
I find the hate for it to be very silly and find the archetype incredibly fair, especially compared to what your average Artifact, Lands, Enchantress, Treasure / Food / Clue deck is doing these days
Given how players can choose which card their opponents discard, they now have the luxury of stealing that card from the graveyard and putting it under their control
